Ascending Bees

I enjoy painting insects, I spent a lot of time studying them when I lived in South America. I like bees, they live almost in another universe within the human universe, unseen before our eyes. I pick up lots of random shaped canvases, I have no plan for them when I get them, paintings begin to take form as I add more paint to whatever shape the canvases happen to be.
